Purple Pirates
a 9 week Children's Church curriculum focused on Apostolic Doctrine: Why We Believe What We Believe. We begin with "Hear O Israel" and go through to the Rapture, covering the importance of controlling our tongues, following our Articles of Conduct and the importance of boy pirates and girl pirates.
We taught it in a group setting of ages 4-11, but the principles and lessons are effective for pre teen and teens, especially new converts.

From our hearts and hands.....
A 9 week Children's Church curriculum focused on learning Godly habits and character. We begin with "Made to Praise": we were created to give Jesus the attention He deserves and craves and follow through to facing our fears, never giving up and listening to the voice of our pastor. We taught it in a group setting of ages 4-11, but it definitely will work very well for a pre teen class.

Forgotten Stories of the Bible
A 9 week Children's Church curriculum that teaches the truths found in some of the stories we "forget" to teach. Some of these troths include not stealing the attention from God in His sanctuary and minding your own business. We taught this series in a group of ages 4-11, but all of the stories are adaptable for pre teens, teens and even adults. All of our curriculums were written in an hour and 15 minute format, but can very easily be condensed. If you need to, split each lesson into 2 weeks: on the first week, teach the memory verse and object lesson, filling in with some of the suggested games or crafts. The next week, use the skit and teach the lesson, again filling in as needed with games, crafts, and your kids' favorite action songs.
Jesus, Dr. Seuss and Me
8 weeks of Dr. Seuss' classic stories connected to Biblical truths make for a fun Children's Church! Includes lessons from "Horton Hears a Who", "The Cat in The Hat" and "Bartholomew and the Oobleck" and five more!
These lessons connect Dr. Seuss' works with a historical story AND a Biblical story, so there is A LOT in every lesson. We easily used each lesson for two weeks! This curriculum does NOT have any artwork, due to copyrights, but every lesson has a resource page with links to find downloadable activities and artwork. We have also included the script to the Christmas program we wrote, called "The Grinch".
